If you haven't been going to the Deerpile on Wednesday nights to catch Too Much Fun, the weekly comedy showcase hosted by the Fine Gentleman's Club and featuring the best comics from Denver and around the country, well, you're really missing out. But now, thanks to sound engineer Oliver Howard you don't have to miss out entirely. For the last two months he's captured some of the highlights from the show and posted them on Bandcamp for the world to hear. May had so many highlights it spilled over to two collections. Check them out below....

Help Kissing Party "experience the ultimate" as they take the stage at the legendary Red Rocks tonight. The band will be joined by the always-excellent The Knew as part of Denver Film Society's ongoing Film on the Rocks Event. Bands start at 6:50pm, followed by the film at dusk. Beats staying in and fondling your sweaters.
"3," the brand-new EP from Denver's Fingers of the Sun opens, "On the day that you were born the sky was bright and fiery orange..." and it's immediately apparent that this will be a much different affair than their previous effort, the nocturnal-themed "Sleepy EP." The 5 songs on the appropriately titled third release all brim with sunshine, bouncing playfully between gleeful psychedelia, Elephant-6-esque arrangements, and garage rock. It's a sound well-suited to the aesthetic of Burger Records, who are releasing the collection on cassette tape.
A month or so ago we shared the video for "Fiends in the Night," from Colfax Speed Queen's upcoming full-length release, Satisfaction Intended. Now comes the second video from the album for the song "Bathtub Crank." The two videos similarly re-appropriate old black-and-white horror films, but this new video definitely takes on a more sinister vibe.
Check it out below.
A little over a month ago Brass Tree Sessions, Denver's favorite insane-house-show-turned-internet-series, filmed what was to be the final episode at their Irvington Street location. While that damn-near-iconic space played a huge role in the success and vibe of the show, the trio of Tyler Campbell, Ben Mund, and Leighton Peterson are not letting the move get them down. Instead, they're headed full-bore into Brass Tree version 2.0.
